Are you ready to drive growth and success in a global, award-winning business? We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide commercial contract advice and support for our professional services organisation based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

Offering legal guidance and support at both regional and corporate levels.
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with external clients.
Reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance.
Ensuring all corporate matters are conducted in accordance with our procedures.
Providing advice on contracts and commercial risk to internal clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

A qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Counsel specialising in Commercial Contracts on a UK and European level for an In-House Legal team.
Someone who has experience working in a pressured environment and delivering projects to tight deadlines.
