  • Ionic Recruitment are a recruitment agency specialising in the construction, social housing and maintenance sector
  • We're actively looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Birchwood, Warrington
  • We are looking for someone who would like to join our team and kick start their recruitment career, learning from our current team members whilst completing an apprenticeship with an external provider

The Role

  • Matching to job specifications, qualifying before passing them to the consultant
  • Organising job advertisements
  • Adding job descriptions onto the website and job boards
  • Collecting compliance documentation
  • Setting up interviews and send interview confirmation
  • Managing and maintaining your own KPIs, set by your manager
  • Reporting to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
