Description
Our client has a new requirement for a Fee Earner in Family Law at their busy Chichester office.

Their Family Law Fee Earners assist clients with:

  • Divorce and Separation, Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
  • Family matters generally
  • Financial disputes upon divorce
  • Residence and contact disputes for children
  • Fixed Fee Divorces
  • Civil Partnership matters
  • Prenuptial and Cohabitation Agreements
  • Issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship
  • Disputes between unmarried couples
  • Emergency remedies including Occupation and Non-Molestation Orders, Injunctions
  • Resolving issues regarding finances including properties, income, pensions both for married couples and cohabitees
  • Dealing with issues that arise in relation to children including financial support for them
  • Disputes between unmarried couples
including property disputes and cohabitation agreements

  • International children disputes
  • Collaborative resolutions
  • Interviews are available for preliminary advice and an assessment of the merits of a case
  • General Family matters
  • Advice on alternative methods to reduce disputes such as mediation and collaborative law
Salary according to qualifications and experience.


Benefits include free staff parking, 25 days of holiday per annum which increases by one day per year (after 2 full years) to a maximum of 30 days.

All staff also have their birthdays off plus extra days over Christmas when the office is closed (ie additional to holiday entitlement).

All staff are added to our private healthcare scheme with AXA PPP after 3 months. Staff are opted into their pension scheme (being 4% employee contribuiton, 4% employer contribution).
