ServiceNow Architect
ServiceNow Architect - £65,000 - Preston - Hybrid working pattern.
My client, one of the largest engineering and manufacturing companies of their kind in the world, are looking for someone who is interested in a role as a ServiceNow Architect to join a small but expanding team.
In this role as a ServiceNow Architect uou will be designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions based on best practice and maintaining "out of the box" architectural design approach while ensuring all designs minimise technical debt.
You will be driving qualityassurance through peer reviews, sharing your knowledge across the team of Product Engineers and will be advocating the use of Agile and DevOPS to drive continuous delivery while maintaining the high levels of service to an "always on" platform.
You will berequired to communicate with suppliers and be the 'industry expert' to customers.You will also be working with the Product Owner and will drive innovative architectures while maintaining a balance with customer needs.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in a senior role managing other technologies (e.g., networks, security, databases)
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and ability to articulate strategies (e.g., how to move from CMDB to CSDM)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of scripting in the ServiceNow platform using Javascript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages etc.
- Experience developing ServiceNow solution strategies and governance models
This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop and motivate a team to deliver innovative solutions to business problems quickly and to a high quality standard.
While working as a ServiceNow Architect for this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of around £65,000 and will be eligible for an annual bonus and an excellent range of company benefits which include a competitive pension scheme, enhancedannual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
