Due to expansion, we are currently seeking SEN Teacher to deliver lessons to a small group of pupils based at an establishedPrimary School in Stratford Upon Avon.

This school is a friendly and successful provision, currently supporting a number of vulnerable young children aged 3-11 years with special education needs.

This will be an exciting opportunity for a dedicated classroom practitioner who can display a real passion for inspiringand challenging the pupils at the school.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in supporting young people who have special educational needs.
The ability to deliver lessons to meet national curriculum.
Proven experience in working in an education setting.
Proven experience in working with young people that challenge.
Sound curriculum knowledge
A committed, conscientious, and passionate approach
Dedication to support inclusion.
The ability to plan, evaluate and monitor learning and progress.
The ability to differentiate all aspects of learning to promote inclusion and attainment.
The ability to build good relationships with young people and staff members.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and use time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude to hard work and challenging situations
A good sense of humour
