Key Responsibilities:


  • Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions
  • Ongoing training and knowledge of Weev EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process
  • Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback
  • Accurately administer and document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Educating customers about the advantages of EVs and Weev, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience
  • Follow health, safety, and company policies

Essential Qualifications/Experience:


  • Proven experience in administration and customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at analysing and resolving customer issues, can adapt to changes in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well with crossfunctional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities at once

Desirable Experience:


  • Experience working in the EV Charging or renewables industries
  • We are an Electrical Vehicle Solutions company based in Belfast with investment in a public Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging network infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland. We aim to have in the region of 1500 charging stations installed across a vast array of over 300+ locations including a number of major ultrarapid charging hub sites that will see drivers able to fully "top up" their vehicles in less than 20 minutes.
