An
Exec Head Chef is required at a stunning luxury 4* country house hotel which is a multi outlet operation, including an award winning fine dining restaurant as well as being a popular venue for afternoon teas, weddingsand functions.
In this role of Exec Head Chef you will be expected to manage, develop and train a large brigade of chefs in the kitchen preparing seasonal, modern British dishes to the high standards that the customers of the venue expect.
As a result thisExec Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst maintaining the day to day management of the kitchen.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of food production, from sourcing suppliers to delivering customerexcellence in the finished dish.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Head Chefs, it is important that they have a proven track record working in busy kitchens serving different dining operations and busy banqueting operations with a minimum of 3 Rosette experience.
