Transport Administrator - London, United Kingdom - The Best Connection Employment Group
Description
We are looking for a Transport Administrator to work for our catering company in HounslowHours are: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Duties to include:
- You would be working in a busy environment and your daytoday duties will involve taking goods in on their computer system, you will also be responsible for creating and organising delivery notes for drivers.
- You will coordinate with drivers to discuss routes, along with clock them in and out and check them in to the correct location.
- You will be expected to liaise with the sales office to discuss customer satisfaction along with assembling plans.
During their busy periods/summer you may also be expected to work 8am-1pm on the odd Saturday.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a transport environment would be desirable
- IT literate
- Able to commit to a full time role ad work the odd Saturday due to busy times
