Description
Our established client is looking to appoint an E-Learning Administrator to join the business, whose aim is to improve Equality, Diversity & Inclusion within organisations.
As an E-Learning Administrator, you will be a point of contact for clients and advisors and provide a high quality service.
You will be responsible for keeping records and electronic filing up to date and take the lead on administrative practices.
E-learning Support
- Setting up SCORM realms and uploading courses for new clients
- Creating Learner Progress Reports for clients
- Resolving course issues for clients
- Supporting the CEO with creating new courses or working on existing courses
- Salesforce Administration
- Setting up meetings for the CEO
- Responding to Admin Enquiries
- Creating Proposals
- Supporting the elearning team in Sales Activities
Skills required
- High proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
- Team player and is also able to work independently using their own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritising skills with the ability to multitask
- Flexibility
This is a fully remote role, however you may be required to attend meetings in Leeds (approx once every month).
Induction and initial training will be office-based in Leeds.
