Aqua Cure manufactures and supplies water treatment systems and products, mainly B2B, across a range of sectors from Hospitality to Domestic.

Our products range from domestic water filters to purpose designed and engineered treatment plants. Based in Burscough near Ormskirk in a purpose-built facility.

We are seeking a Production Supervisor who will support the General Factory Manager and Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of Production and other warehouse activities, quality processes and compliance with company policy and best practice

The role will:

Lead the daytoday production activities and deputise for the General Manager in the production department during periods of annual leave.
Support the General Factory Manager in recruiting, leading, engaging and managing the Production team
Support the Management team in developing and growing the skills and capabilities of the Warehouse and Production staff
Support the General Factory Manager in ensuring the teams governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice. Including, but not limited to, any external audit requirements
Ensure all Production processes meet all Company quality standards
Ensure Production Operatives are carrying out their duties correctly
Maintain Production areas in a high state of cleanliness
Learn all aspects of production and associated QC processes including knowledge and use of the company ERP solution
Ensure Safety, Health and Environment guidelines and policies are fully adhered to
Ensure PPE guidelines appropriate to role are strictly adhered to
Work in a manner that promotes teamwork
Assist with testing and support any project related to production activities

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
