Are you an ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant, who thrives on success? An exciting opportunity has become available to join our successful Coventry team in our Industrial/Driving division as we are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand.


  • Communicating with clients to get an understanding of their recruitment requirements
  • Generating new sales leads
  • Confident in making sales calls / attending prospect site visits
  • Establishing a good understanding of clients within your geographical patch, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies on a wide range of media.
About you

  • You will be confident building and establishing relationships with prospective clients
  • A strong track record in sales and/or client development abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be approachable and quality oriented.
Benefits include;

  • Basic salary £30k OTE £48k depending on experience + Car
