A bit about us:
We are keen to find an individual with a strong administrative background, who has an interest in health and safety.
What will you do?:
-
Legislation - maintain a working knowledge of HSQE legislation and requirements from regulatory bodies, for example covering construction, warehousing, transport and environmental issues

Representation - internally assist in representing the Safety Team in meeting attendance, administrative support and operational activities
-
Documentation - engage with and maintain all HSQE documentation required to support the company, both legally and operationally, including policy, audits, RAMS, questionnaires and all communications, including Safety Briefings, Alerts and Bulletins

Audits - support the company's audit requirements covering premises, sites, installers, subcontractors, transport and warehouse operational areas.

Accident, Incident and Defect Investigation - assist with the investigation process and maintain administrative control over documentation, actions and recommendations.
What are we looking for?:
- An interest in Health, Safety and Compliance matters and is keen to learn.
- Has a Valid UK Driving License and access to own vehicle essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a confident professional manner.
- Approachable and professional, with the ability to listen, question, clarify, and develop insights into issues, people, and trends to support the Safety Team and its H&S and compliance objectives and requirements.
- Positive, organised, punctual, selfmotivated and capable of working under own initiative, meeting deadlines and flexible to work longer hours or carry out other tasks as and when required.
- Methodical, disciplined and structured in managing an administrative workload to complete tasks, issues, problems, investigations, and communication.
