PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Procurement and Planning Team. Working within a small team liaising with overseas suppliers across several brands, this role really makes a difference to the efficient running of our business.

THE HOUSEKEEPING BITS


Based in Wakefield, reporting to the Operations Manager, this role prides itself on the provision of excellent service both to internal and external customers ensuring the right stock levels are prioritised.


WHAT ABOUT YOU?


We're looking for a pro-active and experienced administrator that wishes to enhance and develop their skills within Procurement and Planning.


Your in-depth knowledge and competency of administration will enable you to comfortably manage a high SKU count and be responsible for data management.

You will provide an exemplary service to the business by raising purchase orders, liaising with the customer service team and warehouse, arrange delivery for inbound products, booking products through the system, ensuring necessary and required documentation and information.

You will manage the invoice processing, verify quantity and ensure pricing is correct. You will be responsible for report generation and management of the OneOffice database.


Your 'can do attitude' and desire to help will deliver appropriate service to all stakeholders whilst assisting with the documentation and management of goods inwards and outwards.

Your exemplary communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure issues are spotted and quickly and smoothly resolved.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
