Madisons Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Administrators / Document Controllers to join a client of ours based in London, with the option of being based on site (Kensington) OR in the office (South West London).

Job Scope

The successful Site Administrator / Document controller will be responsible for the day-to-day admin tasks, the role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Updating notes on the companies software
  • Covering for other site administrators
  • Dealing with filing, printing documents, laminating, photocopying/scanning documents, uploading all site paperwork
  • Assisting site team with helping produce documents
  • Maintaining drawings, document control
  • Attending Site Administrator team meetings to gain a better understanding of weekly tasks
  • Assisting the wider project team with other admin tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Construction Administration)
  • High attention to detail and good time keeping
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well presented

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
