Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Description
Responsibilities
- High volume interview scheduling both inperson and virtual
- Collect and review interview feedback and partner with recruiters on next steps
- Post jobs internally, externally (diversity partnerships, LinkedIn, and university career pages)
- Develops weekly recruiting reports including open positions and active searches
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes
- Perform industry research, keeping up with the latest recruiting trends, and providing useful insights to the Recruiting Team on an ongoing basis
- Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a demanding environment is highly preferred, as is demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills
- Applicant tracking system experience, Greenhouse preferred
- Selfstarter with excellent communication skills
- Hybrid, minimum 3days a week required working from our London Office
