Description

We're looking for a Business Innovation & Customer Experience (BICX) Lead to join us and help us implement a customer first approach across the NHS BSA.

You will lead your team into developing and implementing CX programs to improve performance across the customer journeys, using data to find opportunities.

Reporting into the Head of Business Innovation and Customer Experience, you'll work in an agile and collaborative way, you'll bring people together, always with customers at the heart of what we do.

You will get the opportunity to make a genuine impact and transform the way we deliver services to the NHS, the wider healthcare community, and their patients.
