DNA Recruitment Solutions are recruiting Property Investment Consultants for our client, a leading independent broker of property investments based in Manchester city centre.

This is a permanent position offering a good basic salary along with a fantastic, uncapped commission structure within a high performing team of dedicated professionals.

The vibrant, modern office and relaxed, non corporate management style offers the ideal environment for motivated, hard working individuals to deliver results and reach their potential.


About you:


  • Sales experience, ideally in investments or property
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with all stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the UK property investment market
  • Understands rental yield
  • Basic IT knowledge/typing ability
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good telephone manner
  • Positive attitude
  • Motivated and hard working
  • Resilient, able to deal with setbacks and rejection
  • Target driven
  • Full UK Driving licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year
