Working for a fantastic company close to Bolton town centre, we have a great opportunity available for someone looking to get started or continue their career in Personal Injury as a Claims Handler. There is a salary of up to £21,000 dependent onexperience with the chance to learn and grow in this long-standing business.

What will you be doing as a Claims Handler?:

  • Opening files, speaking with customers and clients
  • Responding to enquiries and updates relating to claims
  • Communicating with solicitors effectively and professionally
  • Delivering an excellent experience for new and existing customers
  • Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company

What we're looking for:


  • Confident and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management is key
  • Excel literate
  • A law degree is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Personal Injury claims is desirable

What you'll get in return for your work as a Claims Handler:

  • Basic Salary £18,525
  • £21,000
  • 20 days holidays per year plus bank holidays
