About the role
This is an exciting and new opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious team across the Star Teaching School Hub Network and their partnership with the National Institute of Teaching.
The position requires someone with exceptional organisational skills and experience of working within the education sector who can support the growth of the TSHs' 'Golden Thread' offer of Initial Teacher Education, Early Career Framework programme, National Professional Qualifications and Appropriate Body Service.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the TSHs' senior team and working across a range of interesting and varied projects.
Who we're looking for
You will have:
- Experience of working in an administrative setting, including supporting senior staff
- A proactive approach that focuses on solutions
- The ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, supporting multiple teams and moving between projects based on the needs of the organisation.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, partners and the wider Star community.
- Strong commitment to the Trust values of 'Service', 'Teamwork', 'Ambition' and 'Respect'
