We are looking for a Head of Improvement and Engagement to join our Assets and Investments team You will take lead in delivering a strategic and proactive approach in the transformation of Affordable housing, in particular the delivery of excellent customer & colleague experience across the repairs and maintenance service.


The Head of Improvement and Engagement will partner with stakeholders across our business, from directors to front line staff and everyone in-between.

You will provide support to the delivery teams, whilst promoting a positive open culture encouraging improved productivity, customer experience including maintaining a highly motivated workforce.
