What are we looking for?

• An experienced Cleaner, cleaning within a Shopping Centre in Chelmsford
• Someone able to commit to working 24 hours every week, following the below shift patterns

Sunday & Monday - 5am to 1pm (8hr shifts)

Tuesday & Wednesday - 5pm to 9pm (4hr shifts)

There may also be additional hours available, all paid at single time.

What will we expect in return?

Cleaning all communal areas within the shopping centre
Polishing all public lifts and escalators
Litter picking within public areas and car parks
Cleaning general office areas.
Ensuring that all waste bins are emptied in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
Cleaning all ledges, access points, equipment stands and handrails within the car park areas.
Undertaking ad hoc cleaning as requested or required i.e., customer spillages etc.
Carrying out additional cleaning tasks as instructed by your Line Manager.


About you:
Previous cleaning experience.
Good verbal communication skills.
Can work on your own as well as a part of a team.
Reliable.
Polite and professional.
Friendly and helpful to customers.
Punctual.
