Role:
Mechanical Design Engineer


Location:
Oxford, Oxfordshire


Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000

Premier Group are looking to bring on a Mechanical Design Engineer, to join a growing engineering team in Oxford


The Role:


  • Producing designs
  • Create designs while following company processes and standards
  • Support the production and buying teams through projects
  • Validate designs through mechanical calculations/analysis
  • Assist with prototyping when required

Requirements:


  • Degree level qualified or equivalent in Design or an Engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience
  • CAD proficient
  • Experience with stress calculations and adherence to drawing standards
  • Ability to work with multiple departments
  • Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
