We are currently looking for a friendly, flexible, adaptable, motivated domestic assistant, to work as part of our team.
As a domestic assistant, you will be an active team member working closely with colleagues and care staff, and managers to achieve and maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for all our service users, visitors, and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that patients, visitors, and colleagues have a clean and safe environment
- Keeping the home clean and tidy and reporting any faults
- Ensuring all equipment used is fully maintained, cleaned, and stored appropriately
The skills and knowledge we are looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge of COSHH (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge of colour coding system (desirable, not essential)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Work as part of a team
- Be able to work unsupervised
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
£9.50 per hour

- Day shift
