This is an exciting opportunity to join the very busy CAMHS Teams across Hampshire as an Administration Assistant. No two days will be the same.


The Single Point of Access team based in Omega House, Eastleigh, Hampshire have an opportunity for an admin assistant who is able to work in the office to print and post letters, provide support with scanning and other admin tasks.


We are looking for an enthusiastic well motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills to consistently deliver a client focused service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.

Duties would include scanning, photocopying, data gathering and data entry, reception cover, correspondence, and other admin tasks as required.

This is an exciting, challenging, very busy and vital Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, offering mental health services to young people up to the age of 18.

Our teams are based in various localities within Hampshire.


This is a great Service to work in, no two days will be the same, our teams are hard-working, inclusive and supportive.

We offer development opportunities for our admin professionals through training and secondments and we hold annual admin professionals' conferences.


Our focus is on staff wellbeing, we have regular 1-1 meetings where we can discuss things confidentially and we encourage peer support and training.

We have our own admin microsite on the staff intranet and we send out quarterly admin newsletters.

We keep in touch, even in these Covid-19 times whilst working remotely, via daily huddles and Skype chats to enable us to stay connected with each other.

To provide a comprehensive range of admin support to the teams.

To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies.

To consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
