Are you an immediately available Payroll Specialist with EMEA experience?
Handle are excited to be partnering with this incredible global creative company who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on an Interim basis, 3 months minimum with potential to extend.
As a Payroll Specialist you'll be responsible for processing and reporting on UK and European payroll, including France, Spain, Italy and Germany in partnership with their Local Service Providers.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordination and monitoring of the entire internal payroll processing.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely processed payroll.
- Provide financial and FTEreporting to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Responsible for ensuring that policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet UK and EMEA legislative requirements
- Responsible for ongoing management of the payroll system and provider.
