We are looking for a polite, kind ,trust worthy and hardworking individual to join our friendly team in looking after our residents, hours available are 7.30-3pm and 3pm -9pm.
Weekend work will be expected as will bank holidays.Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with food and drink
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as kitchen duties and laundry
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Supporting activities
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's health or behavior
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Job Types:
