Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm (Term Time only)

Dial Park's Early Years Nursery provision are on the lookout for a new team member.

We are looking for an experienced
HLTA, with a real enjoyment for child development and a thirst to learn. The person we are looking for will enjoy spending time outdoors with the children.


The role will consist of working with children to encourage the children with their speaking and listening whilst also providing support with regulating their emotions, including children with SEND.


You will work closely with our EYFS team of teachers and teaching assistants to deliver an outstanding Early Years learning experience for our children.

We would like to hear from you if you can answer yes to the following:

  • Do you enjoy working with children?
  • Have you got the
    HLTA qualification or a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies/Education or established experience of
working/supervising children in Nursery.

  • Do you have great communication skills and are good at building working
relationships with colleagues?

  • Are you confident to lead learning and ensure progress with young children?
  • Are you able to plan learning sessions, appropriate to the age of the children,
providing them with an inspiring and motivating learning experiences?

  • Do you have indepth knowledge of the Early Years Statutory Framework & Birth to 5/Development Matters?
  • Have you got the motivation and creativity to develop the learning environment both inside and out following a Hygge and Curiosity style approach?
  • Are you open to professional development?
