Senior Land Manager

High End Residential Developer £90,000 + package
Kent.

My client Is a well-established high-end residential developer, who has built a well renowned reputation for their luxury developments. They have been operating in the UK for over 75 years, inevitably earning a substantial number of accolades.

Due to an expansion within the business, they're looking for an experienced Senior Land Manager to join their land team to help with the increase in work load.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Land Manager are as follows:

Identify potential development opportunities
Manage the acquisition of sites from identification through to prestart phase
Liaise with relevant divisional departments
Monitor the Division's land database including site registration, development plans and offers submitted
