What you'll do
- You will be conducting level 2 support activities, incident, and service request management.
- You will regularly be involved in problem analysis / resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity on our Tibco platform
- You will be supporting on Triage tickets, identifying bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
- You will play a crucial role in continuous process improvement and standardization, identifying root causes of the issues and driving resolution.
Who you are
- You will be happy to manage end to end ticket ownership and suggest ways of improving our strategies if needed.
- You will ideally have experience working withing a Level 2 support environment
- You will be happy to manage internal and external stakeholders expectations
