Job description:


Our client, based in West Yorkshire
, is currently recruiting for a Housing Support Assistant on a temporary contract for seven months.

Our client is proud to provide Social Housing to those in most need across Yorkshire.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with Housing related queries form tenants and refer them on to the appropriate team
  • To have an understanding and commitment to the implementation and development of Equality and Diversity practices
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Experience of developing and maintaining filing systems

Experience required:


  • Administrative and customer service background
  • Minimum two years' experience within the sector

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Liaise with professionals and landlords
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Working hours:


  • 2 or 3 days a week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
