Hales Group are recruiting a
Service Desk Coordinator to support our client in Lowestoft.

You will work within a fast-growing global organisation, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide crucial administrative support.


Service Desk Coordinator duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Operate and maintain their CRM system to ensure accurate and uptodate customer information.
  • Processing incoming sales orders and sales return orders
  • Responding to incoming calls to troubleshoot issues and provide basic solutions.
  • Logging engineer visits and coordinating their schedules as needed.
  • Documenting end user locations for equipment or services.
  • Following up on service calls and installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Scanning and accurately linking unit detail paperwork to the computer system for records management.
  • Liasing with relevant team to arrange equipment movements between sites.

To be considered for this Service Desk Coordinator role, you must;

  • Proficient at task prioritisation, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Good telephone manner and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Experience of computer order entry and CRM Systems ( Microsoft Navision / Salesforce ideally)
  • You can work effectively as part of a team or independently, as the situation demands.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced office setting.

DURATION:
Permanent





PAY:
£24k-£26k, negotiable





HOURS:
Monday to Friday
