Operations Manager

Venn Group is working with a Multi-Academy Trust who are currently looking for an Operations Manager to effectively support routine operations of the school.

Below is a brief synopsis on the role,


Location:
Wokingham


Duration:
Temporary to permanent


Rate:
TBC

Hours:30 hours per week, Monday to Friday**
Day to day duties include:
  • Successfully coordinate between a multitude of departments
  • Take control on management of the school premises to ensure works and maintenance are carried out in line with plans and procedures
  • Hold responsibility for the School's Health & Safety policies, staff knowledge and practices
  • Guide the HR team on effective administration, recruitment and training
  • Liaise with external providers for the procurement of products and services to the school, working towards acquiring the best value

Essential Skills for the role:


  • Proven capability of effectively managing teams
  • Previous experience within the Education Sector is desirable
  • Ability to implement and coordinate change across different departments
