Maintenance person-Part time We are a small and friendly residential care home in Birkdale looking for a handyman for 20-25 hours a week.

The post holder will report to the Manager.

Job description Work involved - Fire and environmental checks, - Water temperature checks, - Painting and decorating, - Basic plumbing work - Fire door checks - General repairs and property maintenance.

- Garden maintenance Salary: £11.00 per hour
