Through more effective People Flow, we make people's journeys safe, convenient and reliable, in taller, smarter buildings.We are currently looking for an Engineer surveyor (Lifts) to join our Sales team on a full-time basis. Engineer surveyor is going to support our team in London, carrying out equipment surveys for Lift Modernisation projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in according to KONE standards, respecting safety rules
- Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested
- Uploads data from site surveys into CRM
- Updates global database by request and provides reports
- Takes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers
- Previous experience in lift service/maintenance/installation
- Technical knowledge within the Lift Industry on various types/manufacturers of equipment
- Curious attitude towards equipment and environment
- Knowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the machine room, shaft, stop the lift etc.)
- Strong customer skills
