We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team.The post holder will be working as part of a small team located within the Head Office of
The Dare2Dream Foundation.
The Dare2Dream Foundation has an enviable reputation for offering therapeutic support, mentoring, vocational and academic education for vulnerable children and young people. The core aim of our work is to enhance both the mental health and life opportunities of vulnerable children and young people.
Description
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing the HRIS and communicating relevant reports / information
- Assist with new starter/induction and leaver HR administration e.g preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and associated paperwork
- Managing and updating the Single Central Register (SCR)
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, escalating when necessary
- Obtaining preemployment checks
- IT asset management and administration
- Administration of recruitment procedure
- Minute taking within employee relations meetings
- Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Record keeping and management of staff training
- Liaise with other HR professionals
- Participating in HR related projects
- Assisting in payroll administration
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The HR Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
- Strong administrative skills
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn
- Experience of working within a school / educational setting may be advantageous.
Job Offer
- A 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday (part time hours may be considered)
- The option to work from home once per week
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Pension

Salary:
£23,248.00-£28,002.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
