In this role you'll have exposure to all elements of IT Support within the business, it's extremely well rounded and varied, meaning no two days will feel the same.


Based Derby, hybrid model

Up to £28,000

Full time, 37.5 hours

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end users for both hardware and software issues
  • Ensure user requests are dealt with in a timely manner, meeting SLA's
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Support, manage and maintain the companies IT Infrastructure, including servers and networking equipment
  • Manage the IT Hardware through its full life cycle
  • Travelling to remote sites within the UK, providing IT support
  • Basic IT Project management tasks
  • Looking at methods to improve IT systems throughout the business

About you

  • Experience with Windows 7/10/1
  • Comfortable with Microsoft
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Full UK's driving licence
  • Beneficial but not essential knowledge
  • Linux, VMWare, Cisco, SQL, Powershell, Python & SAP
