The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting an internal Sales assistant for our reputable client in the Oldham area on a Temp to Perm basis.


Working Hours

  • 7AM4PM or 8AM5PM Mon-Fri
  • Every other Saturday morning 8AM12PM

Pay rate
- £28,000.00 per annum


Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Assistant

  • Serving customers face to face as well as over the phone.
  • Working on the sales counter
  • Processing Orders
  • Stock Management
  • Maintain a well stocked and safe working environment
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements of the Internal Sales Assistant

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face
  • Previous sales experience
  • Product knowledge relevant to the Builders Merchant Industry preferred
  • Flexibility
  • Attention to detail

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
