Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the guest experience
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and restaurant operations
Time management skills to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery

If you have previous experience in the restaurant industry or have a culinary background, it is a plus.
