Partner Engagement Manager - (SE1)

We are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager you will be based at: SE1

We are currently working with to help recruit for a Partner Engagement Manager,


Your Role:

  • Secure sponsorship for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Work with Head of Partner Engagement and Director of Partnerships to identify new commercial sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with a range of corporates/brands across sectors and markets in order to establish an always on pipeline.
  • Work with colleagues in Marketing, Business Growth, Convention Bureau and Major Events to effectively deliver sponsorship activations.
  • Secure Corporate Partners and support the Head of Partner Engagement to achieve and exceed income targets.
  • Work collaboratively across to identify opportunities for sponsors and partners to optimise their return on investment.
  • Act as brand ambassador for L&P by attending relevant networking events and developing industry knowledge, insights and relationships.
  • Admin tasks including CRM management, invoicing and guestlist management.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as allocated by the Head of Partner Engagement.
You'll have/bring

  • Proven track record of sourcing significant sponsorship income for marketing campaigns, events, or other products.
  • Experience in securing six figure sums from corporate partners/clients.
  • Experience in managing complex multi faceted client relationships.
  • Extensive client relationship management experience, preferably within an international business environment.
  • Demonstrable track record in hitting targets and achieving kpi's.
  • Experienced in product development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills and confident in delivering compelling client pitches.
  • Numerically and commercially astute.
  • Successfully uses innovative and creative problem solving to implement plans and objectives.
  • Able to communicate a clear sense of purpose, direction and success to internal & external stakeholders in a selfassured and articulate manner
