Summary

This position will play an essential part in the success of our operations and the company, by supporting the needs of the team. Specifically, the processing and acknowledgment of customer orders, guaranteeing on-time delivery, and other general business administrative tasks. These are fundamental in providing effective and efficient support and processes to leadership and other employee owners.

This position will be instrumental in maintaining quality service and support to our customers and that Brewer Science are their supplier of choice, due to effective processing of orders and quality support.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships at multiple levels that enable customers to come to Brewer Science first as a source for their needs.

  • Enable continued improvement in the Sales Support process.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operations & Sales Support_
  • Take ownership of processing orders, liaise with customers re acknowledgments and shipment details to ensure a timely response and that delivery dates are met.
  • Coordinate and ensure the allocation of materials to support orders and delivery of the required shipping paperwork for dispatch in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any problems are resolved to provide an efficient service to our customers.
  • Guarantee an efficient smooth and timely sales support process by utilizing and becoming fully trained on the required systems, working with our carriers.
  • Support the team with the management, completion and continuous improvement of sales support processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management_
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with shipping, planning, material handlers, sales support, accounts receivable, account managers, QC/QE in the organization and build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments, as required, to complete assigned responsibilities to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Initiate relationship development with key employee owners within the organization related to achieving goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with fellow employee owners and senior management.

Credentials and Education

  • A Levels
  • GCSE's in Maths and English
  • 1 year to 18 months prior experience within a business admin environment
  • Undergraduate degree desirable
