The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Account Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in product or interior design, eager to develop their career in a customer-focused environment.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with outstanding service, and assisting them through their journey with Charlotte James Furniture.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-1pm
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using Excel, Sage & CAD software.
- Schedule appointments, manage customer enquiries, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and information is readily available.
- Learn about our product range and design principles to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a keen interest in understanding the complexity of bespoke design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing quality customer service.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- A strong multitasker.
Pay:
£22,650.00-£24,350.00 per year
