We are looking for confident, sales driven and highly motivated individuals to join our Tactical Retail Sales Team in London / surroundings to promote and sell a 'Reduced Risk Product (*RRP)' on behalf of one of our clients.


Launched in London in November 2020, the activity is laser focused on the growth and retention of sales of the RRP and has been going from strength to strength.

Based in independent convenience stores you will be responsible for taking qualified customers on a personalised sales journey which will involve product education, product trial and most importantly, sales conversion.

You will be responsible for completing all transactions (no cash handling), data capture and stock management. Store locations will vary week on week and you will be required to travel as part of this role. Full training will be provided.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • You will be the instore Product Expert helping to influence and close sales through consumer engagements and product trials.
  • You will be required to convert a minimum of 5 sales per week and where possible exceed this target. Your hard work is rewarded by a financial incentive scheme once the minimum target has been reached.
  • You will create and maintain retailer relationships/engagement to support brand advocacy.
  • You will need to be fully committed to working 5 days per week from Tuesday to Saturday and each daily shift will be 7 hours, with varied start times between the hours of 10am 6pm.
  • You will transport your kit to/from store and be responsible for stock management
  • You will provide accurate and thorough daily reporting via an online survey.
This is a face-to-face sales role which requires certain character attributes/experience, please see below:

  • Experience in face-to-face sales and highly target driven.
  • Confident, relatable, approachable, and articulate.
  • Comfortable with learning and using digital platforms.
  • Relentless energy, selfmotivated and resilient.
  • Proactive, adaptable problemsolver with a cando attitude.
  • Knowledge of the reducedrisk product* category is beneficial.

Days, Hours, Pay and Benefits:


  • The role is live for 5 days per week from Tuesday to Saturday. We are onboarding applicants who can deliver against this work pattern only.
  • The role is live for 6 hour a day with varied start times, between the hours of 10am 6pm (but you will be paid for 7 hours)
  • Pay rate of £16ph or £112day rate.
  • Weekly travel allowance of £75 or £15 per day. You will be reimbursed for your travel on a weekly basis providing you claim expenses back with valid receipts
  • Lucrative incentive scheme 5 sales (1 sale per shift worked) to receive £50, £5 for each additional sale after.
  • Spot incentives introduced at TRO's discretion.
  • You will be paid via PAYE.
  • A comprehensive paid training session prior to starting work as well as a fantastic opportunity to learn and gain an indepth knowledge of a new RRP* product
