An opportunity to partner with our senior business leaders, employees and stakeholders to ensure that we offer comprehensive, innovative and valued benefits that meet the diverse needs of our employees.

Your ability to think big and strategically, while also diving deep into the details will ensure your success in this position.


Ideally, you'll be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of benefits programs and practices, experience developing strategic plans, designing and implementing innovative benefit solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Partnering with key stakeholders on change management, integration, training and communications that drive awareness and utilisation of benefits programs
  • Ensuring benefits offered are equitable, accessible and affordable for employees
  • Improving simplifying and automating the employee benefits experience, from awareness and enrolment through utilisation of all programs
  • Measuring and reporting on benefit and vendor performance
  • Benchmarking benefit plans and programs to understand how our benefit offerings compare to the external market
  • Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders and vendors to develop employee feedback mechanisms to identify any benefit problems, gaps, issues or opportunities
  • Ensuring that all benefit programs and plans are compliant with our policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:


Ideally You'll Have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent business, leadership, and HR acumen, comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fastpaced environment
  • Experience designing and managing employee benefits programs, and selecting and managing vendors
  • Experience designing and implementing new benefit plans and programs, and with benefits program measurement and analytics
  • Experience continuously improving programs and delivering efficiencies
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
