Early Years Trainer Fulltime


Serendipitys operate a chain of 5 children's day nurseries in Nottinghamshire and are currently recruiting a Part-Time Care and Education standards co-ordinator.


Our Early Years Trainer will be responsible for, supporting nursery managers and nursery teams by helping to create and deliver specific training.

This training will be in line with the OFSTED grade descriptors for Outstanding.

The development and delivery of this training will help to ensure that we are a leading childcare provider and at the forefront of improving outcomes for children.


We expect our Early Years Trainer to be able to demonstrate a variety of different training methods, including but not limited to: Working directly in a nursery and leading by example, providing classes, training evenings and out of hours opportunities to learn, and digital content shared through our intranet.


This position would be perfect for a former nursery manager or nursery owner, with a proven track record of providing childcare of the highest standard.


Serendipitys was founded in 1998, is currently a UK Top 10 nursery chain and currently all rated either Outstanding or Good with OFSTED.

Starting Salary £28,000 plus pension and other incentives (negotiable).

This post will be exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
