Builder / Multi-trade Operative - Altrincham, United Kingdom - Cherry Tree Investments

An opportunity has arisen to join us to undertake all aspects of building repair, refurbishment and maintenance working within a small team.

Based out of our offices in Altrincham, and reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will be issued with a vehicle and operate around the local area with occasional work further afield.

Your role will provide variety as you work in different locations on our commercial and residential properties throughout Cheshire and Manchester.

The ability to work independently and flexibly as problems arise will be very helpful. Training can be given to improve skills and knowledge.

We are happy to discuss this role on a full-time or part-time pro rata basis across 3 or 4 days.

Hours are flexible and can be set for an early or late start to facilitate childcare or other commitments. This role is available for an immediate start.


Must have:

• Experience in at least three of the following trades: Joinery; Plastering; Roofing, Brickwork
• Knowledge of general health and safety requirements in the workplace
• Experience of equipment and materials in situations where care is needed to prevent harm to others
• The ability to attend work punctually and reliably
• The ability to follow schedules and to produce good quality work
• The ability to communicate effectively both with other members of the team as well as our customers
• A full UK driving licence

Salary:
£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
