Assistant Director of Education (Strategic Lead for SEND) Required

Leadership L1- L27

Permanent, Full-Time

Hybrid - based at home but must be able to travel to all schools within the Trust
We are looking for an inspirational practitioner within SEN. This new role has been created and offering exciting opportunities to be part of a large successful Multi

  • Academy Trust in the South West Region.
With 42 schools and over 8,000 pupils, BWMAT is a large Multi-academy Trust.

We are a strong Trust and looking to expand our central team with an outstanding leader who can bring nationally recognised expertise to our SEND and Disadvantaged agenda.

Our academies are located across the South West covering three Local Authorities (Somerset, North Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset).

We are looking for an excellent practitioner to support the development of SEND from our 0-2 settings through to the end of Key Stage 4.
