Fintelligent is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work for an award-winning lender based in Manchester City Centre.

This full-time Mortgage Advisor role offers a fantastic basic salary of £32,480 with uncapped commission and OTE of £50,000 andexcellent benefits, including hybrid working.


As a dedicated Mortgage Advisor, you will be working for an outstanding organisation that has been shortlisted for the MEN Business of the Year Award and has been ranked in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 twice.


Your duties as a Mortgage Advisor will include:

  • Following up on warm leads through various channels
  • Discussing different lending options available
  • Completing a fact find to establish customers' needs
  • Adhering to FCA regulations
  • Diary management


To apply, you must have experience in the financial sector as a Mortgage Advisor, Secured Loans Advisor, Equality Release Advisor or similar.

You must also be CeMAP qualified and have proven experience working in a target-guided environment.

In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a basic salary of £32,480 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000 and the following benefits:
