IBCO Limited is one of the largest specialists frozen and dry food importers and distributors of mainly ethnic products in the UK.
The company has been supplying the wholesale and retail trades and food service industry for over 40 years.We are now looking to recruit an credit controller to join our family run business.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily credit control activities
- Chasing clients to recover outstanding debts and sending payment reminders.
- Maintaining accurate records and dealing with any payment issues.
- Resolving client queries and escalating any complex issues
- Daily banking duties, cash handling
- Resolving credit note issues.
Key skills:
- You will have previously worked within a credit control role ideally.
- Methodical and diligent when collating financial information.
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
- Knowledge of the SAGE software would be ideal.
