Job Role
To directly line manage a team of Lead Project Co-Ordinator's.


To be responsible with Lead Project Co-Ordinator's for delivery of projects in line with clients expected KPIs for a variety of Energy Efficiency programs.


To motivate, develop, and train members to be process driven and efficient using project management tools and techniques in the delivery of all project outcomes.

To be an advocate for a positive, professional, open culture.

Your team will be required to manage installation of Energy Efficiency measures for customers to controlled deadlines with multiple inputs from surveyors, retrofit coordinators, installers andLocal Authorities and communicating with customers throughout to ensure a successful project journey.


To generate and manage, KPI's to monitor your team's efficiency and output driving improvements into project processes to create optimal output and deliver works in line with project delivery timelines.

To implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure predictable performance from your team.


To communicate with both internal and external stakeholders daily, this role relies on impeccable communication skills and attention to detail.

To report to Senior Manager and Director regularly and have direct control over budgetary and scheme delivery requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for a team of Lead Project Co-Ordinator's ensuring they manage the daytoday delivery of a variety of Energy Projects in line with Key Performance indicators and scheme delivery targets and objectives.
  • Responsible for Budgetary Management of several simultaneous projects to ensure effective delivery in line with profit targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Process and target driven project management skills
  • Management skills in particular the development of people, processes, and culture
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Strategic focus on Project Improvement and continuous improvement of processes and operations
  • Experience with managing a team and delivering high levels of performance
  • Formal project management qualification
  • Computer literate


The Project Manager will be based at the Head office, in Higham and will work normal office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however on occasions will be required to work outside these hours and away from the head office.

Staff are required to attend occasionaltraining courses, conferences and meetings that may necessitate staying away from home overnight.
