Sherbet Electric Taxis is the UK's largest fleet of licensed EV taxis with a successful media
advertising business and Sherbet Ride
- our pre-book VIP app for eco conscious passengers
and businesses traveling in Sherbet Electric Taxi in London. Sherbet Ride is enjoying rapid
growth with more customers choosing Sherbet for their taxi trips for business and leisure.
To accommodate this growth, we are seeking a proven Sales Administrator to help generate
and close new leads within the Ride team.


Job Description:

Sherbet Electric Taxis are looking for someone with a proven background in Sales
Administration who has a passion for customer service and is extremely organised in their
approach. Ability to manage our valued client/driver enquiries and queries through multiple
channels is key to this important role. You will need to be proactive in sourcing outbound
sales leads and logging and managing inbound leads. Great organisational skills are key to
being accountable as is your ability to track all incoming leads to join our growing team.


Responsibilities and duties:
Tracking and actioning all incoming account leads within our sales tracker, using
CRM to keep tracker consolidated (recently moved to Salesforce leads)

  • Working with Sales Operations Manager to consolidate all current and past clients
into current tracker document

  • Analysing our daily app downloads and working with the marketing team on ways to
limit manual work and market to our potential B2C users

  • Market research of competitors to drive innovation and new features for Sherbet
Ride
driver engagement

  • Admin
  • Ability to learn new tech system and extract data to assist with invoicing,
reconciliation processes and report tools for sales growth

  • Admin
  • Ability to identify booking audits and assist with client/driver queries
(example, receipts, incorrect charges, etc)

  • Research
  • Conduct thorough and accurate research to source important
information required to initiate outreach to new leads
make suggestions for future or new products or services

  • Relations
  • Build new and longlasting relationships with our current valued client
base, to onboard, manage and upsell these clients


Person Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised and methodical approach
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales admin role
Understanding of sales performance metrics and building KPI dashboards

  • Good PC literacy including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
and PowerPoint (or other O/S equivalents) - creating and analysing spreadsheets,
reports and making/amending sales decks

  • Ability to think and plan strategically and be creative in their sales
  • Proactive ambition to think out the box and tackle obstacles head on
  • Diligent work ethic, dependable, and ethical
  • A selfstarter, able to work independently but cooperatively and enthusiastically to
be part of a rapidly growing business

  • Interest in being a pioneer in quickly transforming the electric transport sector
  • Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with CRM software an advantage

Package details:
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 p/a depending on experience
Hybrid working with primary office based in East London. We recognise and
